When you submit your email address through our contact form, we collect and store that email address for the sole purpose of reaching out to you in connection with SteerSuite.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.

We retain your email address until you request deletion or withdraw consent. To request deletion, email info@steersuite.com.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at info@steersuite.com to exercise any of these rights.

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure within the European Union, under Microsoft's EU Data Boundary commitment and standard GDPR DPA.

If you book a 30-minute discovery call via /interview, we record your name, email, role, company, and the contents of our conversation in our internal CRM. We use these notes to inform product development and to construct the aggregated peer benchmark report. We will never quote you by name in any external publication without your written consent. The benchmark report shared with participants contains only aggregated, anonymized data.

If you submit an application via /cohort/apply, we record all data you provide on the application form. We use this data exclusively to evaluate your application and to communicate with you about it. Application data is retained for two years from the date of submission, then deleted, unless you become a customer or explicitly opt in to longer retention.

If you create a Lab account via /lab/signup, we collect your work email, company name, role, finance team size, and optionally a description of your intended use case. This data is used to provision your workspace, send you access information, and inform product development. Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for 12 months after deletion.

When you use The Lab prototypes, we may log anonymous usage events (feature used, session duration) to improve the product. We do not log the content of your inputs. No personal data is shared with AI model providers — our AI stack uses Zero Data Retention configurations with all model providers, including Anthropic Claude.

Bug-Reporting. When you submit a bug-report via the in-app bug button, we collect a forensic snapshot to help us reproduce the issue: your last messages with routing metadata, recent artifact versions, recent notifications, browser and viewport metadata, and a screenshot of the current view. This snapshot is sent to bugs@steersuite.com and posted as a private issue in our internal GitHub repository for debugging. Screenshots are attached to the email; the GitHub issue contains only the textual forensic data. Both channels are accessible only to SteerSuite engineering.

Scheduling functionality on this site is powered by Microsoft Bookings. When you use it, your name, email address, and any notes you provide are processed by Microsoft as a data processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
