SteerSuite is the first pilot guest of Villa Kavala — and we're hosting the opening weekend. The Founders Camp is our excuse to fill the house with people we'd want in the same room anyway: founders building something, investors who back people early, angels who pick up the phone.
We've always liked rooms where the next round, the next hire, and the next bad idea get talked about over the same dinner. So we built one — three days at a fresh estate in Northern Greece, on us.
The pitch competition makes it more than a nice weekend. Someone leaves with 5,000 € and a roomful of people who actually wanted to listen.

We're based in NRW. So when we sat down with the Villa Kavala team to set up our pilot stays, we used the leverage of being the first paying guest to negotiate a separate rate tier for registered NRW startups.
It's our small contribution to a scene we want to keep healthy. Nobody asked us to do it. We just like the people back home.

Small group on purpose. The point is you remember everyone you met by name.
Pitches + jury + awards dinner.
Pitch session and jury Q&A through midday. Long lunch, then round-tables — the real conversations happen here. Awards dinner in the evening. 5,000 € on the table for the winning team.
Conversations + recovery.
Morning sessions if anyone wants them. Afternoons free — pool, sea (ten minutes away), or one more conversation that needs finishing. Departure shuttle to KVA at sundown.

Pitch competition · 5,000 € for the winning team.
Invited founders pitch what they're building and what's next. The jury cares about company strength, not slide design. Format and jury are confirmed to invitees ahead of the event — small group, intentionally low friction.
